Normal is Good

Mid July to mid August results…

TSH = 2.3 (normal is 0.27-4.2)

T4 = 16.9  (normal is 10.5-20.0)

Good to see the TSH come back down a little. And good to be holding steady at normal. =) Thank you Lord!

Now if I can get more physically active. Sigh.
